My Juicing Recipes

I’ll be using some of the juicing recipes from Join the Reboot, and some recipes from Planet Sarah, but I am also going to be experimenting on my own.

I think in order to stick with the juice fast, your juice has to have a good color to start with, otherwise, you aren’t even going to want to taste it! Case in point was the first juice I made, which was the ugliest shade of brown! I’ll admit, I thought I was going to have to pitch it! But I took a sip, and poured it in the jug for my refrigerator. It was sweet, so I cut it with half water, and finished it today. (9/20)

This was a blackberry-veggie juice, and it took me a little more prep with using frozen blackberries (clean up was a bit messy). So, if you want to use frozen berries, I would recommend thawing, pressing to remove the seeds, and then add it to your juice – which is what I will do the next time I make this juice, because it was good – just ugly. =D
